How it works

1. You designate your clinic and enter the professional email that will receive the requests.
2. We confirm it really is you, through the contact details your Google listing shows publicly: a call to the number on the listing, or a code sent to the address it carries. Never through the details you give us.
3. You receive your access email. From then on, every patient request in your area reaches you by email, with its reply link.

This check is not a formality: it is what guarantees that nobody can receive your patient requests in your place. An unconfirmed account sees no request, no file, and appears in no list.
